1. How long will my VIPGift Prepaid Visa Card take to process?
Prepaid Visa Card redemption requests will be sent to the processing company within 24 hours of being received at VIPGift. The processing company ships cards within 3 to 5 business days via US First Class Mail. Allowing for normal delivery, the cards should be in hand within 10 to 14 business days following the redemption request.

2. Where can I use my card?
The VIPGift Prepaid Visa Card can be used anywhere Visa debit cards are accepted. However, a Prepaid card cannot be used at an ATM.

3. How is my Prepaid Visa Card different than a Visa credit or debit card?
Because the card is prepaid, your purchase cannot exceed the balance of the card, therefore, is is important to know your card's balance at all times. Unlike debit cards, a prepaid card has no PIN number, so it cannot be used at certain PIN protected locations, such as ATMs. For additional information, please refer to the VIPGift Visa Terms and Conditions.

4. If my purchase exceeds the card value, can I use the card to pay for some of it?
In most circumstances, yes, but you will have to let the cashier know in advance the value of your card and that it will not cover the entire purchase cost. The cashier will then execute a split tender transaction, allowing you to pay the balance of the purchase cost with another form of payment (see Question 8 below).

5. How can I check the status of my card?
You can check the status of your card, including balance and transaction history, by calling 1-866-874-9018 and speaking to a customer service agent.

6. What if my card is lost or stolen?
If your card is lost or stolen, you should report it immediately to the customer service department at 1-866-874-9018 in order to void the card and prevent fraudulent use.

7. What if I have questions, problems or need to make changes to my account?
All inquiries regarding the VIPGift Prepaid Visa Card can be directed to the customer service department by calling 1-866-874-9018 or by writing to Customer Service, P. O. Box 550160, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33355-0160.

8. What would cause my card to be declined?
Restaurants – dining establishments typically process your card for 20% above the cost of the meal to allow for gratuity. Therefore, if your card has a balance insufficient to cover the additional 20%, it will be declined. For example, if your card value is $23 and you attempt to purchase a $20 meal, the card will be processed for the meal cost plus a $4 gratuity, thereby exceeding the value of the card, and it will be declined.
Retail stores – unanticipated tax charges might cause a Prepaid card to be declined for insufficient funds. If you are in doubt, it is best to let the cashier know in advance the balance on the card so that he or she can arrange a split tender transaction, whereby you can pay the balance with another form of payment.
Gas stations – Fuel costs require that credit and debit cards be processed for amounts significantly greater than the typical Prepaid card value, so your Prepaid Visa Card is likely to be declined at the pump. However, you can use the card to pay for your gas purchase in advance with the cashier. Be sure to know the cash balance.

9. What if I forget my card balance?
You can check the status of your card balance at http://www.vipgiftprepaid.com or by calling 1-866-874-9018 and speaking to a customer service agent.

10. Are there any fees or charges for the card?
