  1. How do I redeem my VIPGift PASS?
    You can redeem online or call 1-800-VIP-GIFT (847-4438). Please have your name, address, daytime phone, card authorization number, merchant choice, and merchant location ready. VIPGift office hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. You may leave a phone order after hours. Just be sure to leave your daytime phone number so that you may be reached during the next business day if we have any questions.
  2. How many stores may I choose from?
    We have literally millions of merchants worldwide – with actual merchant gift cards to choose from and also VIPGift Prepaid Cards.
  3. Can I increase the VIPGift dollar amount when I call in to redeem a VIPGift PASS?
    Yes, you can increase the balance on your VIPGift PASS. When you redeem your card for an amount greater than your gift card, the difference will be charged to your credit card.
  4. How long does it take to receive my redemption option?
    Your redemption is processed within 24 hours of receiving your order. Your redemption option should be received within 10-14 business days except where noted.
  5. Can my redemption option be reissued if it has been lost or stolen?
    We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
  6. Can I use my VIPGift PASS if it is expired?
    NO. Each PASS is registered on the date it is sold to a Client, and on that registration date, an expiration date is also established. YOU MUST USE YOUR PASS PRIOR TO THE EXPIRATION DATE SHOWN ON THE FACE OF THE PASS OR YOUR POINTS WILL BE FORFEITED. The expiration date cannot be extended. Any attempts to redeem a PASS after the value has been exhausted will be declined. (See terms of service.)
  7. Can my VIPGift PASS be redeemed for cash?
    No. Your VIPGift PASS can only be used for redemption for gift card/certificates to national retail, restaurant or grocery store chains; movie tickets; phone cards; or for a VIPGift Prepaid Card.
  8. Can I use my VIPGift PASS anywhere?
    No. Your VIPGift PASS must be redeemed for one of the above listed redemption options. Merchants will not accept the VIPGift PASS.
  9. Can the VIPGift Check be used at any location of my chosen merchant?
    No. You must select a specific merchant location. That is, the store name and location of that store. Example: Outback Steakhouse at Hamilton Place Mall
  10. How long should I wait before contacting VIPGift if I have not received my redemption option?
    After 14 business days you can contact our office at 1-800-847-4438 during regular office hours to follow up on your order. Please have your card authorization code with you when you call.
  11. Can I select more than one (1) merchant with my VIPGift PASS?
    Yes, you are able to choose more than one merchant or other redemption option when redeeming your VIPGift PASS. However, if your entire redemption amount exceeds the value of your gift card, the difference will be charged to your credit card.
  12. Can I exchange my redemption option if I change my mind?
    No, once you have processed your redemption, we cannot exchange it. If a merchant has closed and is no longer in business, we will then exchange your redemption option but that is the only exception. Call our office during regular office hours if this is the case.
  13. May I redeem for an item(s) of greater value than my VIPGift PASS amount?
    If your redemption amount exceeds the value of the VIPGift PASS, you may use your personal credit card to pay the difference.

  1. How do I get a VIPGift PASS?
    Call 1-877-756-7665 to speak with our corporate sales department or order cards online.
  2. In what denominations can I purchase the VIPGift PASS?
    VIPGift PASSs can be purchased in denominations from $10 to $100.
  3. What methods of payment are there?
    VIPGift PASSs can be purchased via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card), check or wire transfer.
